Stephanie was part of a two person team who helped us buy our first house; the other realtor was not very helpful, but Stephanie was great! 11 years later when it came time to sell our home and move up in size, Stephanie was who we turned to. She was patient about explaining things, was always available by phone and texts for any questions we had, and saw us through upgrading to a larger home and selling our current home simultaneously, all while in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. Steph deserves 10 stars. My list of requirements was not an immediate fit for the inventory of the Tahoe area. Over 6 months, Steph introduced me to the area, provided background on the communities, showed me available inventory as it became available, and - importantly, provided able and timely support in getting information and making offers. Her willingness to abide my process of discovery and readiness for action were greatly appreciated throughout the experience.
